Credit Terms

American Express, MasterCard and Visa are accepted.

Accounts with credit approved and extended by KC Supply Co Inc:

  • Payment is Net 30 days from date of invoice.
  • Freight charges are payable upon receipt.
  • Late Charges may be incurred for past due invoices.
  • All invoices are due and payable in US Funds only.
  • Statements will not be sent unless requested.
  • Terms are from date of invoice, not receipt of goods.
  • PPE - Personal Protection Equipment

    • Accounts without approved credit:

  • COD = Collect on Delivery
  • CWO = Payment with Order = cash, certified check or company check

    • FOB = Freight On Board

    Shipping Point. Shortages or damages to shipments while in transit are the responsibility of the carrier.

    Liability

    KC Supply assumes no liability for consequential, incidental or punitive damages under any warranty - expressed, implied, or otherwise - and all such liability is expressly excluded

    Returned Goods

    No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from KC Supply. All returns are subject to KC Supply's inspection. All authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid and are subject to a restocking charge. All charges are based on the condition of the goods as well as other outstanding circumstances.

    Credit for future purchases will be issued only - no cash refunds.

    Shipment Carriers / Damage Claims

    KC Supply will ship via the best way possible, according to our paramenters. KC Supply will attempt to ship prepaid and add whenever possible. A handling fee may be imposed if KC Supply is required to use a customer's carrier. If shipment is damaged upon receipt, customer must file a damaged goods report with the respective carrier.

    Taxess

    Payment of any taxes not collected by KC Supply is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

    Warranty

    KC Supply does not imply product warranties beyond those of the manufacturers. All other warranties and representations, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby expressly excluded.
